Join Durham County Government as a Senior Maintenance Technician. The purpose of this job is to perform responsible advanced skilled work in the maintenance, repair, modification, installation and construction of County facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• Performs a broad range of skilled trades including carpentry, painting, masonry, metal work, tiling and related tasks;
• Participates in the maintenance and repair of buildings, structural components, doors, door frames, windows, floors, ceilings, walls, and roofs;
• Identifies problems, determines solutions and/or repair needs and performs necessary work;
• Installs and repairs rain gutters and roofs;
• Removes and hauls trash, moves furniture and equipment;
