Role Overview

The Operations Analyst I performs administrative and analytical duties to support the organization efficiently. This role is responsible for logistical support, inventory management, office support, customer service, and data entry. The Operations Analyst I will work with various software, databases, and office equipment to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

What You Will Do

The Operations Analyst I will be responsible for tasks such as shipping and handling, inventory management, office support, customer service, creating presentations, reviewing correspondence, and maintaining office databases. They will also be responsible for coordinating electronic materials, preparing training requests, and responding to administrative queries.

This role requires a Top Secret Clearance and a high school diploma with three years of general operations/administrative experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word.
