Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Operations Analyst performs a variety of Training Functions and Administrative duties to run the organization efficiently. This role is based in Washington, D.C. and requires Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

What You Will Do

Schedule and facilitate remote-based training, create training schedules, coordinate with instructors, and maintain training records. Provide day-to-day customer service, support the enhancement of customer service and satisfaction, and assist with program projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience as a Training Coordinator, with a high school diploma and three years of general office experience. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to communicate orally and in writing.

Requirements

• High school diploma and three (3) years of general office experience
• Knowledge and experience as a Training Coordinator (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Experience operating standard office equipment
