Operations Analyst

Correlation One is seeking an Operations Analyst to collaborate with Program Managers and assist in the management of live, online training programs. The ideal candidate is an excellent project manager with strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive approach, and a quick learner. The role requires a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure, with a minimum of 2+ years of full-time professional experience in an operations or analytics role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role
• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
• Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
• Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred
