Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst collaborates with Program Managers and assists in the management of Correlation One's live, online training programs. The role involves analyzing program data, supporting live classes, and assisting with the admissions process.

Requirements

• JLPT N2 (N1 preferred) certification or equivalent professional experience
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years full-time professional experience in an operations or analytics role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
• Strong customer service ethic and experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
• Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred
