We are seeking an Operations Analyst to collaborate with our Program Managers and assist in the management of Correlation One's live, online training programs. The ideal candidate is an excellent project manager with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- JLPT N2 (N1 preferred) certification or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 0-2 years full-time professional experience in operations or analytics role
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
- Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients
- Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred
