Correlation One is looking for an Operations Analyst to collaborate with their Program Managers and assist in the management of live, online training programs. The ideal candidate is an excellent project manager with strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in operations or analytics roles.
Requirements
- JLPT N2 (N1 preferred) certification or equivalent professional experience
- Mastery of Keigo (honorific Japanese) in both spoken and written forms
- Minimum of 0-2 years full-time professional experience in an operations or analytics role
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
- Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients
- Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred
