Keyfactor is seeking an Operations Analyst to contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and operations within its Services organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations analysis principles and methodologies, data analysis, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field
• In-depth understanding of operations analysis principles and methodologies
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights
• Average understanding of technology such as software, networking, and system development
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and persuade team members
• Average analytical, time management, and prioritization skills
