Operations Analyst

We're seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Inspire11. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning our invoicing process, performing data validation and reconciliation, and ensuring operational integrity. This is a high-impact role for someone who takes ownership of their work and has exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, finance, billing, or a similar analytical role
• Impeccable attention to detail and a proven track record of catching and resolving data discrepancies
• Experience owning an invoicing or billing process independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain accuracy and accountability
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management or billing platforms
