dv01 is a data analytics platform that provides transparency into investment performance and risk for lenders and Wall Street investors in structured products. The company is seeking a Senior Reverse Engineer to reverse engineer structure finance transactions and enhance their structured finance knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements

• Proficient in cashflow modeling of complex deal structures with a focus on Private Credit transactions
• 4+ years experience working in structured finance reverse engineering
• Expert in interpreting complex deal documentation and extracting relevant data and concepts
• Highly effective at collaborating with quantitative analysts, QA teams, and data engineers
• Analytical problem solver with solid quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to analyze financial statements and identify key metrics and transactional details
