DVI Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot audio-visual and workplace technology systems at client locations. The role requires 2+ years of experience with AV systems, workplace technology, or field-based IT support.
Requirements
- Install, configure, and commission audio-visual and workplace technology systems
- Perform onsite troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of AV and IT-related issues
- Support meeting room and collaboration technologies
- Read and follow system schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Perform equipment mounting, cable termination, labelling, and rack installation
- Test systems to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with specifications
- Provide basic user training and technical guidance to clients when required
- Document service activities, configurations, and resolutions accurately
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and remote support teams
- Maintain a professional presence while working onsite at client locations
- Adhere to safety standards, company procedures, and quality guidelines
