Summer Camp Swim Instructor

Dwight School is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join their Summer 2026 team. The Swim Instructor will provide safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate swim instruction to campers while ensuring a positive and supportive aquatic environment.

Requirements

• Current Lifeguard Certification (required)
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (required)
• Prior experience teaching swim lessons to children preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with camp staff
• Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanor
