Dwight School is seeking a self-directed Upper School Math Teacher to deliver high school mathematics instruction for the 2026-2027 academic year. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, use various instructional strategies, and integrate technology into the math classroom. The school values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and requires completion of an online anti-bias training program.

- Display a commitment to diversity and creating a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging in approach to teaching and learning
- Participate in one after-school activity two out of three trimesters a year
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education, Mathematics or related STEM subject required; Master’s Degree preferred; prior teaching experience in a Middle or Upper School setting; experience teaching to a range of learners; experience with technology integration in a Mathematics class; experience with International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program and/or Diploma Program; experience teaching Algebra II, Trigonometry, Statistics
