Job Description
The Industrial Engineer will play a pivotal role in advancing DwyerOmega’s operational excellence agenda and supporting the company’s global operations transformation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with multi site or integration exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies, facility layout tools, workflow analysis and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
