Job Description
The Regional Quality Manager is a leadership role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field
- 7+ years of experience in quality assurance for manufacturing operations
- At least 5 years in leadership roles
- Professional certifications preferred
- Proven Lean/continuous improvement experience
- Proven expertise in managing quality systems, regulatory compliance, and standards
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, quality tools, and risk management frameworks
- Experience in working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Proficient use of MS Office suite of applications
