Job Description
This position is a 2nd shift production role within an established work area, aiming to meet OTD (On-Time Delivery) goals. The role involves daily production management, supervisor support, training new employees, and contributing to the production process while maintaining quality and safety standards. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Performs duties by verbal or written instructions
- Works with Supervisor, Planners, etc.
- Uses SyteLine to monitor production and materials
- Holds daily huddles with work cells
- Oversees production area in absence of supervisor
- Completes daily production tasks
- Communicates with maintenance and engineering support
- Reviews production/material issues
- Training others
- Participates in change
- Ensures 6S safety and housekeeping
