Requirements

• Experience in managing large-scale core system development projects in the financial industry
• Broad PM/PL skills such as planning, execution, resource management, and technology selection
• Excellent Japanese communication skills (conversation and writing)
• Experience in project management of public systems and core business systems (industry-agnostic)
• Knowledge or experience in the financial industry
• Experience with C language development
