Business Analyst

We are looking for a Middle-Level Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support the development team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements that align with project goals.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
• Use SQL to perform data queries, validation, and support data-driven decision making.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, requirement specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.
• Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external clients when required.
• Support project planning, risk identification, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
