Operate customer on-premise network stability as the main axis, and perform construction and improvement as needed. Modernize, automate, optimize, troubleshoot, and propose improvements to contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of network operation experience
• Knowledge and practice experience of ITIL-based operation processes
• Experience of using monitoring tools and operation management tools
• Ability to create scripts for operation improvement (Shell, PowerShell, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand English documents and basic communication in English emails
