Job Description
DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Customer Service Consultant to implement and optimize SAP CS solutions, improving customer service processes and increasing customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their commercial requirements and design effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced experience (typically 8+ years) in implementing and supporting SAP CS modules
- Deep understanding of SAP CS features
- SAP certification in CS or related modules is preferred
