We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Leader to join our team in the Public Infrastructure domain, managing projects that involve the development of applications supporting customers' business operations, ensuring quality and functionality standards.

Requirements

• SIer or Consultancy experience in the public infrastructure domain
• Project Manager experience with a minimum of 50 person-months or 10 people in a project team
• Experience in negotiating with customers on project-based billing, including proposal, estimation, and scope, budget, etc
• Experience in managing projects in the public sector or high-publicity systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal and external related organizations
