Director, Strategic Marketing Partner - Fast Track

The Director, Strategic Marketing Partner - Fast Track will shape and own the marketing strategy for priority Fast Track offerings, drive disciplined planning and prioritization, and partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes. The role will operate at the enterprise level, focusing on quarterly and annual planning, growth-focused initiatives, and taking accountability for strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic B2B marketing experience, including senior or strategic leadership roles, ideally within technology or a comparable industry.
• Proven success developing enterprise-level marketing strategies that drive growth, revenue impact, or market share.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing significant budgets and prioritizing investment based on impact.
• Proven experience navigating and influencing within a global, matrixed organizational structure.
