DXC Technology is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist with Spanish to join their team in Wroclaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee queries, creating and reviewing documentation, and reporting on personnel administration processes.
Requirements
- Perform tasks and functions ordered by supervisor
- Handle employees queries via phone, chat and mail
- Accomplish and report the status of all required training
- Contact with Spanish governmental entities
- Creating, reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation
- Archiving all required documents both in electronic form
- Preparing reports concerning the personnel administration process
