The Incident Manager is responsible for participating in software development projects, collaborating with team members, and supporting the implementation of emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Basic understanding of coding and debugging
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
