Job Description
Job Title - Reinsurance Business Analyst. Join DXC Technology's Insurance Software and BPS division to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver industry-leading outwards/ceded reinsurance software platforms. Work with clients to capture and validate business requirements and provide consultancy services regarding potential technology solutions.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge and understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance
- Specialized expertise in outwards/ceded reinsurance principles, methods, and practices
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Excel
- Experience with Global XLPro, ELGAR, or DXC SICScede
- Familiarity with LORS, SRS, Solvency II, and/or U.S. Schedule F
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
