The Junior SAP EWM Support Consultant will join a collaborative and customer-focused team within DXC, supporting the daily operations of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system.
Requirements
- Assist in resolving user-reported issues and supporting SAP EWM tickets
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues to senior consultants
- Help monitor key EWM processes to support smooth warehouse operations
- Provide simple guidance to users on system navigation and basic EWM transactions
- Assist with basic configuration tasks under supervision
- Help review system behavior after changes and document results
- Support senior consultants in validating EWM and ERP data consistency and integrations
- Support the preparation and execution of test cases for fixes, enhancements, and upgrades
- Participate in integration and regression testing activities
- Document findings and escalate issues to the functional team
- Update documentation such as user guides, troubleshooting notes, and process instructions
- Record incident resolutions and contribute to team knowledge-base materials
- Assist in preparing training decks or walkthrough materials for end users
- Learn SAP EWM best practices for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
- Participate in small improvement initiatives and provide suggestions based on recurring issues
