Scrum Master

Job Description: Scrum Master overseeing projects and products for clients, highly organised, dynamic, outcome-oriented with excellent delivery management skills. Agile Scrum Master responsible for enabling teams to deliver high quality outcomes, removing obstacles, facilitating project meetings.

Requirements

• Run daily, weekly, and monthly agile rituals efficiently
• Remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress or guide the team to remove them
• Track work progress to identify blockages and developer/engineer divergence from allocated tasks
• Guide the team, Product Owner and organisation on how to use Agile methodology/Scrum practices and values
• Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised
• Assist with internal and external communication
• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
