Job Description
As a ServiceNow Business Consultant, you will work with clients to define and deploy world-class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will lead workshops, provide consultative support, and develop high-quality documentation and training material.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ServiceNow design and development in a consulting environment
- Understanding of Business Analysis and Service Management concepts
- High level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist across a minimum of four applications, ITIL Foundation
