ServiceNow QA Tester

DXC Technology is a Fortune 500 Global IT Services Leader looking for a ServiceNow QA Tester. The role involves testing development work completed in a ServiceNow instance, contributing to and developing test cases for the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework, and collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4-6 years of relevant work experience in industry
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred)
• Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following: Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
