Job Description
ServiceNOW Senior Technical Consultant for DXC Technology. Develop world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform, focusing on designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and providing guidance and hands-on development to both client and internal technical resources.
Requirements
- Several years' experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment
- Scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS (highly advantageous)
- Understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principals and procedures
- High level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application, ideally with experience of building custom applications and integrations with other platforms
- Strong communications, both written and oral, with ability to present solutions to customers, including senior management
