Job Description
Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture, lead implementation and integration, oversee customization and development, and establish governance and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration
- Experience in a leadership or architectural role within a complex IT environment
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus
