- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role
- Expert-level certification in Servicenow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery 3
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles, ITIL frameworks, and technical architecture best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
