Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to support our growth and deliver IT Service Management solutions for Switzerland. The role involves designing and shaping the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and supporting complex development approaches.
Requirements
- University degree in IT engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience on ServiceNow
- 3 years' experience in consulting external customers
- Mastering of relational DB model and related technologies
- Mastering Event-driven and Object-Oriented programming
- Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Jelly
- AJAX experience
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Unix shell
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO technologies
- Experience with legacy systems, batch files, web services (SOAP and REST)
- Working knowledge of networks, the Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in French and English, another European language would be an asset
