Job Description
DXC Technology is seeking an IT Legal Counsel to join their team in Stockholm, Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Law in IT/IP/contract and 7+ years of experience in a law firm and/or global corporation. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, providing advice to Account teams, and maintaining deadlines on deliverables.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law in IT/IP/contract
- Professional Fluency in Swedish and English
- 7+ years' experience in a law firm and/or global corporation
- Outsourcing/supplier experience would be considered an advantage
- Good understanding of the contractual and commercial risks/issues in transactions
- Good working knowledge of the fundamental legal provisions of commercial contracts
- Ability to provide guidance/interpretation on existing contract provisions
