The Maintenance Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in all essential and non-essential mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and security of the building, including all office spaces, exterior parking and other ancillary spaces.
Requirements
- Certified Tradesperson
- Post-secondary education in a community college, university or trade school
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to self-manage and set priorities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- In-depth knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Knowledge of immotile systems and CVCA systems
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Knowledge and experience related to CMMS, BMS and ACS
