The Maintenance Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in all essential and non-essential mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and security of the building, including all office spaces, exterior parking and other ancillary spaces.

Requirements

• Certified Tradesperson
• Post-secondary education in a community college, university or trade school
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to self-manage and set priorities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• In-depth knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Knowledge of immotile systems and CVCA systems
• Basic knowledge of computer systems
• Knowledge and experience related to CMMS, BMS and ACS
