Dispatcher (Float)

Dynacare is looking for a Bilingual Dispatcher (Float) to join their Transportation team in Ottawa, Ontario. This is a 1 year Contract Full-Time opportunity working 37.5 hours a week. The Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching drivers, assigning route equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Secondary school or equivalent education
• Valid driver's license with clean abstract
• 3-5 years related experience - manual dispatching
• Proficient with excel and answering emails
• Good telephone manner and ability to diffuse difficult situations with clients and drivers
