The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in executing business for DLX customers by partnering with Customer Account Managers and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure the customers’ needs are being met.
Requirements
- Tracks and traces shipments to ensure customer shipments are picked and delivered in a timely manner
- Communicates shipment updates to deliver a positive customer experience
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries
- Makes informed decisions and provides quality shipment updates
- Use out technology to gain efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Ability to work as a team with Account Managers and Carrier Sales Representatives
