Requirements
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proactive and able to identify improvements that help the customer work more efficiently and perform better
- Team player with a customer-focused approach
- Eye for detail with the ability to ensure every step of the process is carried out well
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions that really make an impact
