Contracts & Compliance Specialist

Ensures subcontracting strategies align with project goals and company policies, reviews prime contract requirements, and manages the Small Business Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university (or enrolled and in process of acquiring); Advanced degree (MS/MBA/JD) preferred.
• 1+ years related experience and/or training...Contracts, Pricing, Suppliers, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain. Legal and/or Inside Sales.
• Experience in an Industry that deals Government Contracts...Aerospace, Military / Defense, or Energy is preferred.
• Relevant Aerospace & Defense industry experience and knowledge of FAR / DFARS preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills preferred.
• Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
