Job Description
The FBIS ETL Developer role at Dynanet Corporation involves designing, building, and supporting technical integrations and Oracle EBS extensions to connect an agency’s Oracle EBS environment to the U.S. Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service G-Invoicing platform for intragovernmental transactions. The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle EBS data model and integrations, as well as discipline in data quality and exception management. The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Developing and troubleshooting PL/SQL, EBS interfaces/APIs, concurrent programs, BI Publisher/XML artifacts as needed, and middleware/integration components to meet G-Invoicing interface specifications
- Implementing monitoring and audit-ready logging, supporting test cycles and cutovers, and resolving production defects while adhering to federal security and compliance expectations
- Collaborating with functional finance stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners to ensure timely, compliant IGT processing through G-Invoicing
