Job Description
Dynanet is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large, multi-disciplinary IT operations and modernization program for the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The role requires organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions, including multiple complex and inter-related project tasks across a diverse IT service portfolio.
Requirements
- Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of contract operational support functions
- Provide overall direction of program activities
- Consult with government and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports
- Ensure SLA compliance for incident response/resolution, system availability, and service delivery across all IT domains
