Client Services Admin

Dynatron is a company transforming the automotive service industry with SaaS solutions. We are seeking a Client Services Admin to provide administrative support to our FileSmart team, collaborating with dealer clients and working closely with internal teams to ensure success of our warranty reimbursement filing process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of automotive experience or office experience
• Ability to communicate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and execute defined processes
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
