Job Description
Dynetics is seeking a Surface Mount Electronics Soldering Technician to perform hand soldering of surface mount and through-hole components on high density printed circuit boards (PCBs). Strong surface mount soldering skills and J-STD-001 soldering certification are required.
Requirements
- J-STD-001 soldering certification within the last 5 years
- Experience soldering under a microscope
- Ability to solder leaded surface mount components with 0.4 mm pitch spacing, and 0201 discrete packages
- High throughput and minimal errors
- Assembling electromechanical assemblies and cable harnesses
- Reading assembly documents (assembly drawings, electrical schematics, etc.)
- Computer skills for assembly tasks (creating work instructions, parts lists, inventory reports, etc.)
