Design Manager

Design Manager will lead design activities for new category projects, ensuring delivery on time, to specification, and within budget. The role requires a strong understanding of tooling, manufacturing techniques, and product development frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years’ experience in product design and development, with exposure to end-to-end delivery
• Strong understanding of tooling, manufacturing techniques, and product development frameworks
• Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering; familiarity with operations and supply chain
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver against time, cost, and quality targets
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
