The Global Materials Planning & Optimization Manager leads the strategic planning and execution of material supply processes to ensure production continuity, cost efficiency, and inventory optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP) are a plus.
- 5+ years in materials planning or supply chain management, with 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industries preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
