Job Description
The IT Business Partner serves as a trusted technology advisor and liaison between IT and business units. The role blends business relationship management, project management, and business analysis to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value, align with organizational goals, and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7-10 years of proven experience in IT business partnering, BRM, business analysis, project management, product ownership, or similar hybrid ITābusiness liaison roles
- Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile delivery practices, process modeling, and enterprise applications
