- At least six years’ experience in media planning
- Deep knowledge of planning and buying across the spectrum: TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic Display & Video, Social, and Search
- Experience analysing results and working with data-driven attribution and media-mix modelling tools
- Expertise in media and audience planning, creative development, and ad operations
- A nose for trends—and the confidence to recommend bold, strategic opportunities
- Exceptional organisation, process focus, and a fierce attention to detail
- Strong business sense, analytical acumen, and project management skills
- The ability to build relationships—across functions, with stakeholders, and agency partners
- Sharp communication and presentation skills
