Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages end-to-end recruitment and executes initiatives to attract, identify, select, and onboard talented people to Dyson. The role involves working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to build the Dyson talent base, creating an exceptional recruitment experience, and managing recruitment processes in line with company policy and approval requirements.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume role
• Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and other social media recruitment methodologies
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ideally Workday Recruit)
• Proficiency in reading and writing in Japanese
