The Construction Project Manager is responsible for estimating, managing, and delivering DYWIDAG’s repair and strengthening projects in a safe, efficient, compliant, and high-quality manner. The PM assumes full ownership of projects once awarded and ensures successful execution from handoff through closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years managing concrete repair and/or structural strengthening projects
- Experience with heavy civil, bridge, DOT, or commercial infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage, and union labor projects
- Strong understanding of certified payroll, labor classifications, and compliance reporting
- Ability to read and interpret construction contracts and engineering drawings
- Proficiency with project management tools (Navision, CrewTracks, HCSS, Procore, MS Office, etc.) or ability to learn quickly
- PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification
- OSHA or equivalent safety training
- ACI or ICRI certifications (Concrete Repair Technician, FRP Installer, etc.)
- Experience with LCPtracker, eMars, WH-347, Paycor, or Points North
