Job Description
As a central component of our growth course as a customer manager for client lifecycle management and account and deposit topics, you will be responsible for customer contact, handling of the operational daily business around business partner management and account and deposit. You will work closely with our corporate customer advisors and ensure the smooth progress of the KYC process, react flexibly to changing requirements, and ensure correct business partner data. You will also manage the account and deposit business from opening to full implementation of changes.
Requirements
- Completed bank or commercial training
- Several years of experience in sales support
- At least 5 years of professional experience in direct customer business
- Very good banking expertise, e.g. in the compliance area
- Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Very good German and good English in word and writing
